Returns & Refunds

General Returns: MANJYO accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Products: Contact support at mhong@gazeimport.com within 30 days of purchase for a return, exchange, or a 100% money-back guarantee refund.

Important Note: Manufacturer defects or shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photos and videos verifying the issue.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Final account posting times vary depending on your payment provider.
